We need its current vaccination history proving Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to both current and retired (living) military families. We also have long term discounts for extended stays and some select local discounts.

Animals are fed up to 3 times a day and in the quantities the owner specifies. We feed Purina products and there is no extra charge for our food. We recommend you bring your pets own food if it is a short stay so that they have continuity and increased comfort.

Unlike virtually any other boarding facility, daycare at camp Green Dog is INCLUDED in your boarding package. When our boarding guests are here they enter daycare at 9:30 am and remain until 3:30 am, 7 days a week. This program provides both excellent exercise and also high social skills.

Not at this time, however we have 24 hour security monitoring thru Palmetto Electric and a fire station less than a mile down the road.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local checks, and cash.

As far out as you can…particularly for holidays. Even if you have to “tweak” the dates that you will be gone it’s better to have a “room” booked. At this time we don’t require credit card guarantees but we do ask that you cancel promptly if your plans change.

Yes we do. The building itself is both 90% fire retardant and built to withstand up to a Category 4 hurricane.

We highly monitor every pet in our care on a constant basis for depression, food intake, bowel issues etc. In the event of something that’s a concern we will attempt to contact the owner immediately, if it requires a vet appointment we will try and take them to their own vet, if not available we will use our local vet.

We do everything that is practical. We use Trifectant as a germicide combined with diluted bleach everyday to sanitize as much as possible. All food ware is stainless steel and washed and sanitized 3 times daily. In addition, we run 4 refrigerators sized ERV’s that change all the air in the building every 7-10 minutes. All that said: the one thing we can never prevent is someone bringing us a sick dog, that’s why we are adamant that any camper MUST have up to date vaccinations.

Yes, on a case by case basis. Give us a call to discuss those options!

Absolutely. Dogs go outside at least 4 times daily for 10-15 minutes each time depending on weather. From a safety standpoint, all of our yards are surrounded by 6 foot high vinyl coated fencing that extends 6 inches into the ground. In addition, we frequently inspect all areas for any weak spots.

NO. If a dog has a bite history with humans or is fear aggressive we don’t. We won’t put our staff at risk. Dogs that are not fixed cannot go into daycare either.
